What type of steel do you use for your molds?
We primarily use stainless steel S136H for the mold base. The cores and cavities are made from German BGH 1.2083 or Groditz 1.2344ESR, with hardness ratings of 48-52 HRC. For medical components, we use M333 and M340, but can accommodate other materials upon request.
Can you determine the needed cavity count?
Yes, we can calculate the number of cavities needed for your mold based on your monthly production volume, operational days per month, and shift details.
What types of hot runners do you use?
We recommend using our proprietary hot runners, but we can also accommodate other brands such as Yudo, Husky, and Mold Master upon client request.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 40% deposit within seven days after the order is placed. The remaining 60% must be paid before shipment. Our trading terms are FOB Shenzhen.
What support services do you offer?
We have engineers available to travel globally to install or repair molds. Depending on their location and availability, we can arrange for an engineer to visit your factory within 1-3 days.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers up to 5 million shots or one year, depending on what the client chooses.
Which injection molding machines do you use for testing?
We test our molds using several machines: Demag 350, Nissei 180, FCS 280 (double component), Haitian 360, Zhafir 360, Walmo 480, and Welltec 360.
Which materials are compatible with your molds?
Our molds are suitable for PP, PE, PET, PS, and ABS.
