History
2010: Brosen was established on July 26, focusing initially on the maintenance of infusion cap molds and producing 24-cavity and 32-cavity large infusion ring cap molds.
2011: The company increased its large infusion cap mold capacity to 48 cavities, supplying to several renowned domestic pharmaceutical companies and replacing imported molds.
2012: Brosen established its Hot Runner Division and started producing hot runner systems for multi-cavity molds in-house.
2013: The company undertook its first major equipment upgrade, acquiring high-speed mold processing machines from Switzerland.
2014: Brosen developed a 192-cavity large infusion packaging mold, initiating mass production for customers, and also established the Food Packaging Mold Division.
2015: The company innovated in double-valve needle hot runner technology, introducing a new mold structure for double-fold infusion cap products.
2016: Rapid progress was made in the Food Packaging Mold Division, supplying to well-known domestic dairy product companies and replacing imported molds.
2017: The Medical Consumables Mold Division was added, offering high-quality molds domestically and internationally.
2018: Brosen established the Daily Chemical Mold Division, continuing to provide high-quality molds.
2019: The company developed China's first set of 8+8 stack molds with in-mold labeling.
2020: Brosen updated its hot runner technology, developing a 128-cavity side-gated full hot runner mold for precision multi-cavity molds in the daily chemical category.
2021: The company implemented workshop automation, introducing robots at multiple workstations.
2022: Site selection for a new factory in Hunan was confirmed, with preparations for construction underway.
2023: Brosen underwent a digitization transformation of workshop production.
2024: The new factory in Hunan was completed and immediately put into production.
